JCP was the only Norwegian agency that got shortlisted to the Trophées de l’Evénement in Cannes, and received a prize for "Best External Communication Event".
JCP won the award for their goodvertising project for Tinemelk (Tine Milk), where 7.000 Norwegians and refugees all over the country attended 82 "Friendship Breakfasts" in October 2016.
– It means so much to us that we have marked ourselves in Europe for our work, and that it is recognized. The Friendship Breakfast project was a challenging one, but it gave some incredibly valuable results. We have to thank Tine Milk for showing their trust in us, Camilla Watz Johannessen, Managing Director of JCP’s advertising agency says.
Norwegians and refugees all over the country met over «Friendship Breakfasts» to get to know each other better.
2017 marks the first time Trophées de l’Evénement – which has been restricted to France since 2006 – made it possible for other European agencies to apply for their six prizes. JCP was also nominated in the category "Exceptional Event" for their work for Avinor and the new Oslo Airport.
